Short Term Rental and Second Home Cleaning

Our teams quickly and effectively clean your property between guests following our Guest and Homeowner Departure Maintenance Cleaning Guidelines to ensure that you and your guests are happy with the service we provide.

Whether you have a second home to enjoy the slopes in the winter or a short term vacation rental in the summer, arriving to a clean home should not be left to chance.  You will be assigned a regular cleaning team for consistency.  However, we also have the staff to accommodate last minute cleaning requests or same day departures and arrivals when needed.

Vacation Rental Clean

  • Wash dirty dishes / run dishwasher
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Clean counter surfaces
  • General cleaning inside and outside of all kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker
  • Throw away left over food unless otherwise instructed
  • Leave clean hand towel

*NOT INCLUDED:  Inside cabinets and drawers, thorough dusting of blinds, baseboards, artwork, ceiling fans, deep cleaning of appliances, washing matrress pads, throw pillows, or blankets.
